To build brand awareness, we would launch a TV campaign utilizing a stereotypical, “says one thing, does another; over-charging and under-delivering” contractor named, Ed. Ed’s constant failings highlight all the ways customers win by choosing Leaf Home. With this quirky, love-to-hate-him character, LeafFilter and Leaf Home solidifies a new brand personality and a memorable position as the nation’s #1 gutter guard.
